Some things you might consume over the course (har) of 100 courses: mini pancakes, camel meat, fresh-caught Alaskan salmon, thistle flowers…
You’ll do this at a 50-foot table. While being served by 2 1/2-ft tongs. On tiny custom made clay-fired plates and cups. All brought to you by Mitchell Dose, Julia Kouneski, and Chris Olson.
