Hot Dog Heaven: DC-3, Washington, DC

Twenty-some hot dogs inspired by regional specialties. A cotton candy machine. Fried pickle chips. Yes, all this and more is at DC-3, Capitol Hill’s new hot dog joint. The tiny diner is fun, friendly, and food costs a fraction of how many calories you’re going to consume.
Our order: Chicago 7 (tomato, pickle spear, nuclear green relish, onions, sport peppers, yellow mustard, celery salt), Seattle Pike Place Fish-Dog (deep fried cod, coleslaw, malt vinegar), NY Coney (Nathan’s all beef dog, chili, onions, yellow mustard), cheese fries and pickle chips. Only one word is appropriate here: WOOF!!
