Where to Eat in Minneapolis

Margherita Extra Pizza, Punch Neapolitan Pizza

Breakfast Quesadilla, French Meadow Bakery

Hand Cut Fries, Il Gatto
I just returned from a fabulous week in my dear Minneapolis. The trip was packed with wedding events and cookouts, so I really only had time for the hits. Those include, in order of consumption:
- Chino Latino (love the late nite happy hour, and off-the-menu pineapple mojitos)
- Sally’s (still the best bar food in the US o’A)
- Caribou (multiple chiller trips)
- French Meadow (spent $20 on baked goods)
- Dunn Bros (delicious coffee)
- Punch Pizza (the Margherita Extra pizza blew me away)
- Chiang Mai Thai(dependable chicken pad thai)
- Sebastian Joe’s (best Oreo ice cream in the world!)
- Uptown Diner (best pecan roll in the world!)
New Spots:
- Il Gatto (the former Figlio. Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed, and I miss Figlio greatly)
- Target Field (serving up Kramarczuk sausages and cheese curds. Hooray!)
- Nicollet Island Inn (a refined, sunny spot for a bridal ladies luncheon)
Sad I Missed:
Still Dying to Try:
