It’s crazy to think SoHo went all this time without a true cupcakery. Please meet my newest obsession, mini Baked by Melissa cupcakes. Served out of a pick-up window on Spring and Broadway, these tiny poppers (literally just one bite) are perfect when you want more than one flavor cupcake. Pictured are six of the seven flavors (missing tie dye, which frankly creeps me out): cookie dough (my fave!), peanut butter and jelly, s’mores, cookies and cream, peanut butter cup, and red velvet.
Talk about a dream picnic in the park for one! So good I went back the next day for a dozen more. Okay okay, they were for my friend, but still. Regular status, check.
